Our VFX genius. Alessandro boasts a decade of experience with a super-rich portfolio including films, TV series, and countless music videos. Alongside REEF, he worked on our first full CGI music video, “Aldo Ritmo” by Salmo, and he’s currently diving deep into conjuring digital humans: he created the official 3D avatars for Salmo (FLOP Tour) and thasup, and he has plenty more in the pipeline. He’s basically the god of our digital doppelgängers, so if you desire to appear gorgeous in the multiverse you better be on his good side.

The OG REEF veteran since day one. Pietro started as the partner-in-crime and video editor for Andrea Folino's music videos, but quickly expanded his artistic horizons into the world of 3D, becoming our go-to artist for his unique vision and taste.

Mike is our go-to 2D artist, but he's also our resident 3D animator – because why settle for just two dimensions when you can have three? He has an impressive background in motion graphics and 2D animation from his experiences in Turin, Milan, and Australia. He joined the REEF team in 2021, and has been a cornerstone of the studio since then.

Andrea has a strong classical studies and Fine Arts background, and he’s also a living encyclopedia when it comes to videogames and 3D gaming technologies. He brought both the fanciness and the fun stuff to the studio, being now all about that metaverse life and creating mind-blowing apps for VR headsets. He’s a very cool and passionate nerd with tons of knowledge.

From Olbia to Milan and back, Andrea is our audio guy, which means that if it weren’t for him we would make mute videos. He takes care of all things sound design, mixing, mastering, and recordings, making him the core of REEF Recording, our audio strand. He's also a super-skilled music producer with a profound love for videogames and cinema.

Alice is our Senior Producer, Project Manager, and Professional Globetrotter! Before taking root at REEF Studio, she traveled all around the world, living in New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. She later made her way to Rome to study photography and worked as an assistant and studio manager for a fashion/music photographer in Milan. She eventually came back to Sardinia and started working with REEF as a producer and project manager, forging a tremendous bond with the team.  She basically keeps us all in order and on track, but in a sweeter and less frightening way than you might think.

Sandrino is our editing maestro and studio manager. Hailing from Olbia, he's been part of the REEF family before it was even born. He's also a rock drummer (he shares not one, but two bands with Andrea Folino). He’s basically family.

Elena is our sunshine-filled new entry from Olbia. She is in charge of administration and coordination and (most importantly) she brings balance, harmony, and vibrant colors to the studio. After living in Milan for several years, she returned to Olbia to take on this journey with REEF.
